The three pillars of business transformation are a sound strategy, solid planning, and successful execution. The starting place for value creating activities is strategy. Yet, often there are so many variables in motion that it is difficult to define the vision that will stand the test of time, let alone chart the course to reach that future state. Today’s business climate calls for nimbleness, flexibility, and solid execution.
RevGen was built with this in mind. How can we help you grow?

Provided the program office for the sale of the Hawaii ISP property to a private equity firm (The Carlyle Group). We started with a team of very experienced resources (including two ex-Verizon directors) to scope the work and develop a massive project plan, then evolved the engagement to a single contractor. Because Carlyle hired BearingPoint to build Hawaiian Telecom, we worked closely with their team in Denver and Hawaii, as well as attorneys on both sides, to get the transaction closed and the services transferred. Our approach to this spin-off was selected as the standard process for divestiture activity and is still in use by some of the same resources. |
